1. What ages is NSZB Little Play suitable for?

Our soft play setups are perfect for babies, toddlers, and young children up to around 5 years old.

2. How long is the hire period?

Our standard hire period is up to 4 hours, with full-day hire available for an additional fee.

3. Do you offer outdoor setups?

Yes! We can provide outdoor setups and gazebos, weather permitting. Equipment must be placed on a clean, flat, dry surface.

4. Is adult supervision required?

Yes, adult supervision is required at all times to ensure all children play safely.

5. Can I choose ball pit colours?

Absolutely! We offer a selection of ball pit colour themes, including:

White & Pink

White & Blue

White & Beige

6. Do you require a deposit?

Yes, a booking deposit is required to secure your date, along with a refundable damage deposit on the day of hire.

7. Are shoes allowed on the soft play equipment?

No shoes, please. Socks must be worn at all times for hygiene and safety.

8. Do you offer themed setups?

Yes! Custom theme add-ons are available to make your little one's event extra special.

9. Can food and drinks be used near the equipment?

To keep everything clean and safe, we kindly ask that food and drinks stay away from the play area.

Yes! We offer a variety of packages suitable for everything from small gatherings to larger celebrations.

11. What makes the Calm & Play package different?

In addition to our beautiful soft play setup, the Calm & Play package includes extra sensory equipment designed to support relaxation, sensory engagement, and imaginative play in a cosy environment.
