NSZB Little Play – Terms & Conditions

Booking & Deposit

A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

Bookings are confirmed only once the deposit has been received.

The remaining balance must be paid on or before the day of hire.

Delivery & Collection

Free delivery is available within 10 miles of Crawley.

Events outside this area may incur a delivery charge. Please contact us with your postcode for a quotation.

Delivery and collection times will be arranged prior to your event.

Please ensure there is safe and clear access to the setup area.

A responsible adult aged 18 or over must be present during both delivery and collection.

Suitable parking must be available close to the venue for loading and unloading.

Hire Period

Standard hire is up to 4 hours.

Hire times will be agreed at the time of booking.

Collection will take place at the agreed time unless alternative arrangements have been made in advance.

Additional charges may apply for extended hire periods.

Outdoor Hire

Outdoor hire is available from April to September, weather permitting.

Equipment must be set up on a clean, flat, and level surface.

If rain is forecast before or on the day of your event, we may ask that the setup is moved indoors or under suitable cover.

We can provide a 2m x 2m pop-up gazebo for outdoor events (subject to availability). Please request this when booking.

If wind speeds are forecast to reach 24 mph or above, we reserve the right not to set up outdoors for everyone's safety.

October to March: Indoor events only.

Equipment Use

Adult supervision is required at all times.

Our equipment is designed for children within the recommended age range.

Shoes must be removed and socks must be worn while using the play area.

Climbing on safety barriers or outside the designated play area is strictly prohibited.

Equipment must not be moved after it has been set up.

Food & Drink

To help keep our equipment clean and safe, the following items are not permitted on or around the soft play area:

• Food and drinks
• Sweets or chewing gum
• Face paint
• Glitter
• Slime
• Confetti
• Pens, markers or paint
• Pets
• Smoking or vaping

Additional cleaning or replacement charges may apply if these rules are not followed.

Damage & Cleaning

All equipment must be returned in the same condition as it was delivered.

The hirer is responsible for any loss, damage, excessive cleaning, or missing items during the hire period.

Repair or replacement costs will be charged where necessary.

Cancellations

Booking deposits are non-refundable if the booking is cancelled by the customer.

If NSZB Little Play needs to cancel due to severe weather, equipment issues, or unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided or an alternative booking date will be offered where possible.

Liability

NSZB Little Play accepts no responsibility for accidents, injuries, or damage resulting from misuse of the equipment.

Children remain the responsibility of their parent, guardian, or supervising adult throughout the hire period.

All children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

Photography

We may take photographs of our setups for use on our website, social media, and other marketing materials. If you would prefer your event not to be photographed, please let us know before your booking.
