BOOKING & DEPOSIT

• A 30% booking deposit is required to secure your booking.

• Bookings are confirmed once the deposit has been received.

• The remaining balance is payable in cash on the day of hire unless otherwise agreed.

● £50 damage deposit payable in cash on the day of hire, before setup. The deposit is fully refundable, provided no damage is caused during the hire period.

Before Our Team Arrives

 Please prepare your space by ensuring:

● The setup area is completely clean — no pet mess, rubbish, toys, stones, sharp objects, washing lines, or garden debris.

● If you have pets (especially dogs 🐕), the garden must be fully cleaned prior to delivery.

● Clear access routes — remove bins, bikes, cars, toys, furniture, etc.

● If we must pass through your home to access the garden, the path must be clear and safe to navigate.

● Inform us in advance if access includes tight passages, stairs, or any obstacles.

● ⛔ If we cannot safely access the setup area, or the space is unsuitable on arrival, we may have to cancel — and full payment will still be charged.

EQUIPMENT USE

• Adult supervision is required at all times while children are using the equipment.

• Equipment is designed for children within the recommended age range.

• Shoes must be removed and socks must be worn at all times.

• No climbing on safety barriers or outside the intended play area.

• Equipment must not be moved after setup.

DELIVERY & COLLECTION

● Within 10 miles: Free

● 10–20 miles: £20–£30

● 20–30 miles: £30–£40

● Over 30 miles: Quote individually

● Delivery and collection times are agreed in advance.

● Clear, safe access and suitable parking must be available.

● Someone aged 18 or over must be present during delivery and collection.

FOOD & DRINK

• No food, drinks, sweets, chewing gum, face paint, glitter, confetti, pens, markers, paint,pets, smoking, vaping or sharp objects are permitted on or around the equipment.

• Additional cleaning or replacement charges may apply if these rules are not followed.

HIRE PERIOD

• The standard hire period is up to 4 hours.

• Extra hire time is available at £10 per hour (subject to availability).

• Full day hire is available for an additional £40 (morning setup and collection by 6pm).

OUTDOOR HIRE

• Outdoor hire is available from April to September only (weather permitting).

• Equipment must be set up on a clean, flat and level surface.

• Outdoor setups cannot be placed on wet grass.

• A 3m × 3m gazebo may be provided where suitable.

• If wind speeds are forecast to reach 24 mph or above, outdoor setup may be cancelled for safety.

DAMAGE & CLEANING

• Equipment must be returned in the same condition it was delivered.

• Hirers are responsible for any loss, damage or excessive cleaning charges.

• Repair or replacement costs will be charged where necessary.

CANCELLATIONS

• ✅ More than 72 hours before hire → Full refund

● ❌ Within 72 hours → Deposit is non-refundable

● ❌ Cancellation on arrival → Full hire fee due

❗ Cancellations Due to Incorrect Information / Access Issues

Full hire fee applies if we must cancel because of:

● -Incorrect venue size or unsuitable space

● -Access not as described / unsafe access route

● -Client double-booking venue

● -Wrong date, time, or booking details

● -Client changes mind

● -Venue unavailable or not ready

LIABILITY

• NSZB Little Play accepts no liability for accidents or injuries resulting from misuse of the equipment.

• Children remain the responsibility of their parent, guardian or supervising adult at all times.

PHOTOGRAPHY

• We may take photographs of our setups for promotional and marketing purposes. If you would prefer your event not to be photographed, please let us know before your booking.

By paying the booking deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms &Conditions.
